MAKING A PURCHASE
To make a purchase, simply add it to your cart. When you're ready to pay for your purchases, click Checkout on your shopping cart and you will be taken to our payment page on Paypal.

PAYMENTS
You don't need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal! On the payment page, simply click "Don't have a Paypal account?" to use the guest checkout. You must have a valid debit/credit card to use this mehtod.

When paying, please let us know what e-mail address you would like your package sent to by leaving a comment in the notes section; otherwise we will send your order to the e-mail address Paypal has on record.

If you do not wish to checkout via Paypal, please Contact Us with the list of items you would like to purchase, and we will get back to you with alternative payment methods.

GETTING YOUR ORDER
Once payment is received, we will e-mail you your order to the address you provided. We try to get you your order as quickly as possible but we may be slower outside of our normal business hours. Our normal times of operation are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10AM to 5:30PM GMT
Wednesday, Saturday: 11AM to 4PM GMT
Sunday: Closed

If you do not receive your order within 3 business days please Contact Us immediately.

All WBA Digital Orders are designed for LEGO Digital Designer, which can be downloaded for free from LEGO.com. We do not create designs for any other LEGO CAD software.

COMPLAINTS
WBA Digital orders are non-refundable. If an order is not completed to satisfaction please Contact Us within 2 weeks of receiving your order and we will try to correct the problem as quickly as possible.
